Catamaran rental information
Treat yourself to a pleasant cruise on a boat,
there are several options that deserve to be taken into consideration in relation to the choice of the means to use. In particular, it can be useful to compare the characteristics of a sailing monohull with those of a catamaran: in many cases, catamaran rental is preferable, but it is necessary in any case to take into account the needs that will need to be satisfied, also depending on the type of vacation that you are about to take. Renting a catamaran: all the information you need to know
The catamaran is the choice to be favored in the case in which one of the priorities that you do not want to give up is represented by the living space on board. In fact, catamarans provide people on board with a quantity of space that is significantly greater than that offered by monohulls, both inside and outside. The reference is, for example, to the cockpit and the foredeck, with rigid platforms or alternatively mesh trampolines that can be used as panoramic points to enjoy the landscape or sunbathe, without forgetting the square that extends over both hulls, creating a very large internal area.
For those who want a large cabin in order to appreciate every little detail of a cruise, the catamaran is confirmed as the most appropriate solution. Thanks to this type of vessel, in fact, you can take advantage of the comfort of cabins that are very welcoming, and therefore are ideal for resting, relaxing and sleeping. On board multihulls, in fact, the cabins in most cases are decidedly more spacious. And that's not all, because compared to a monohull, the storage space made available by the lockers and wardrobes is also greater. The engines of catamarans as is known, a catamaran is equipped with two engines. By virtue of this characteristic, the yacht - also thanks to the low draft that we mentioned above - is able to proceed at higher speeds, not only with its engines but also under sail. The double engine also ensures better maneuverability in narrower areas, such as marinas, as well as in all circumstances that require the use of mooring buoys and buoys, not to be underestimated even a possible engine failure, this never precludes not reaching port. The catamaran also offers easier anchoring; be careful, however, because the two engines require a greater quantity of fuel and consequently a slightly higher expense over time.
